By Staff Reporter A student at Kwekwe Polytechnic, Carlos Tadiwa Mafuwe (22), has been convicted of academic fraud. He was arrested by the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission (ZACC) and charged with fraud as defined in Section 136 of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act [Chapter 9:23].
