MUTARE, 8 August 2026<\/strong> \u2014 Bishop Dr Clarence Mafararikwa has launched Pedah International Ministries<\/strong>, paving the way for the ministry’s official unveiling and commissioning in Mutare on Sunday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The seasoned pastor, lecturer and theologian launched the new ministry yesterday ahead of Sunday’s special Ministry Commissioning and Unveiling Service<\/strong> at the Hellenic Community Hall, Number 29 First Street, Mutare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Sunday gathering, scheduled to run from 8:30am to 12 noon<\/strong>, will be held under the theme \u201cDestined for His Glory\u201d<\/strong>, drawn from Isaiah 60:1: \u201cArise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organisers have invited residents of Mutare and surrounding areas to attend what they describe as a major spiritual gathering featuring worship, prayer, deliverance, healing and empowerment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bishop Dr Mafararikwa, whose ministry roots are in the Apostolic Faith Mission (AFM)<\/strong>, will lead the inaugural service alongside Amai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The name PEDAH<\/strong> is derived from the Hebrew root padah<\/em>, meaning \u201cto redeem\u201d, \u201cto ransom\u201d or \u201cto deliver\u201d. The biblical meaning closely aligns with the ministry’s stated focus on deliverance, healing, worship and empowerment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ministry’s motto is \u201cTransforming Lives Through Christ.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bishop Dr Mafararikwa’s background in Pentecostal ministry, theology and lecturing has shaped his approach to preaching, teaching, leadership development and Christian ministry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The launch of Pedah International Ministries marks a new chapter in his pastoral journey, while Sunday’s unveiling is expected to formally introduce the ministry and its vision to the wider Mutare community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organisers are calling on residents to attend the service for what they describe as a day of powerful ministration, inspiring messages and life-changing encounters<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
