Those who encourage drivers to speed are not allowed because they are putting lives in danger,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chinyoka said with schools reopening, the safety of children must come first.<br>\u201cSince it is back to school, make sure that children are safe,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Mutare Computers, police also warned parents and travellers to guard against theft.<br>\u201cTo those buying goods, let us be vigilant. There are many thieves roaming the streets,\u201d said Chinyoka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He urged travellers to avoid illegal transporters commonly known as mishikashika.<br>\u201cThose travelling must avoid mishikashika and board buses that are not overcrowded.
