The ceremony included academic awards, Christian leadership citations and special recognitions across different levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking during the programme, school Director Mrs Nherera said the institution was founded on a belief that Christian education was necessary for a generation described as vulnerable to moral decline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are living in a society where drugs are targeting our teenage children, where teenage pregnancies are rising, and where morals appear to be decaying,\u201d she said. \u201cThis is why our vision is not only academic excellence, but strong character grounded in Christian values.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nherera also spoke about the school\u2019s journey since its establishment, describing it as a personal calling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMy husband and I tried to run away from teaching after graduation and went into farming,\u201d she said. \u201cBut just like Jonah, we eventually found ourselves right back where God intended us to be.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teachers and the Principal were publicly acknowledged for what parents described as exceptional commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure shaping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis school is raising disciplined and God-fearing children,\u201d she said. \u201cWe are grateful for teachers who go beyond academics to guide our children\u2019s on purpose and resist negative influences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhen a teenager is passionate about their future and about their God-given purpose, the distractions of the world lose their power,\u201d he said. \u201cPurpose keeps young people from falling into the traps surrounding them today.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Machingura noted that strengthening Christian foundations among young people was now \u201ca matter of urgent national importance\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parents who attended said the school had become a trusted nurturing space in a challenging environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are leaving today encouraged that our children are safe here,\u201d said one parent. \u201cThis school shapes futures and character, not just grades.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Located in Mutare, Hartlane Christian School describes its mission as equipping learners with academic skills while building moral resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nherera said the institution would continue to \u201cteach, guide and pray for young people\u201d as part of its guiding philosophy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur task is not only to prepare students for
