Mutare – Masina Stefani is a trusted football administrator whose leadership has transformed Tenax CSFC and contributed immensely to the growth of football in the Eastern Region. His journey in football is one of dedication, experience, and proven results.
Speaking to The Wasu Post, Masina Stefani said:
“I joined Tenax CSFC as a player and later became Secretary General for three years, Vice Chairperson for five years, and Chairman to date. My first year as Chairperson saw Tenax CSFC being promoted to the Premier Soccer League.
I was honoured to be named Eastern Region Chairman of the Year 2024. Under my leadership, Tenax CSFC won several trophies in the Eastern Region Soccer League, including the Diamond Cup and the Pacific Storm Launch Cup.”
Masina Stefani also holds a Certificate in FIFA Club Management and has served as a FIFA Governor, giving him unmatched insight into modern football governance, club structures, and international best practices.
Now he seeks to bring that same winning mentality, vision, and professionalism to the ZIFA Eastern Region Board.
